Scope of Support Coordination Role

You will learn about the activities a Support Coordinator completes, understand the boundaries of the role, who a participant may have contact with in the NDIS, and the difference between the levels of Support Coordination. 

NDIS terminology and processes

You will also become familiar with NDIS terminology and understand how to navigate NDIS processes, including how to unpack a participant's NDIS plan, understand plan management, budget flexibility and reviews!
