Why this workshop matters

Supporting participants with complex needs requires confidence in navigating uncertainty, multiple stakeholders and changing circumstances.  Complexity often presents as overlapping challenges, making it difficult to know what action to take and where role boundaries sit.

This workshop provides a practical framework to understand and respond to complexity with clarity - supporting more informed decision-making, stronger coordination, and more consistent, confident professional practice.
