Why this workshop matters

Managing risk is a core part of Support Coordination, yet it is often unclear how to assess risk consistently, when to escalate and how to respond within role boundaries.  Different interpretations of the same situation can lead to inconsistent decisions, gaps in response, or unnecessary escalation.

This workshop provides a structured approach to identifying, assessing and responding to risk with clarity and consistency.  It helps Support Coordinators to make informed, defensible decisions, coordinate appropriate responses and confidently manage risk in complex and changing participant situations.
