Why this workshop matters

Writing effective reports is a critical part of Support Coordination, yet many practitioners are unsure what information is required, how to structure it, and how to align it to NDIS expectations.

Without clear and consistent reporting, important evidence can be overlooked, impacting outcomes for participants.

This workshop provides a structured approach to gathering, analysing and presenting evidence. It helps Support Coordinators to write clear, concise and defensible reports that align to NDIS decision-making and strengthen participant outcomes.
